4. Standard, Non-Personalised Products
Where an item is a standard, non-personalised product and the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the product.
You then have up to 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal to return the goods unless we have agreed to collect them.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, the direct cost of returning such goods is borne by the customer.
This is consistent with the EU distance-selling framework, under which the customer normally bears the direct return cost if properly informed in advance.
