1. Different Rules Apply to Different Orders
Because our services range from individual balloons to complete event production, the applicable cancellation and refund rules depend on what you purchase.
Your order may include one or more of the following:
- Ready-made products — Standard products that are not made or modified specifically for you.
- Personalised or custom-made products — Products created according to your instructions, including names, messages, colours, branding, custom combinations, custom dimensions or event-specific designs.
- Balloon preparations and installations — Balloon bouquets, balloon boxes, garlands, arches, walls, backdrops and similar arrangements prepared for a particular customer, location or event.
- Delivery and setup services — Transport, venue delivery, installation, setup, styling, dismantling or collection.
- Event services — Wedding decoration, private celebrations, corporate events, event styling, event coordination and other services reserved for a specific date or period.
- Business and corporate projects — B2B orders, branded installations, campaigns, corporate events, recurring decoration services and individually negotiated projects.
The rules below should therefore be read together with the details contained in your order confirmation, quotation or event agreement.
