2. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are acting as a consumer and purchase an eligible standard product online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, you normally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions described below.
This statutory right generally applies to eligible non-customised goods.
It does not automatically apply to every product or service offered by The Balloon.
EU and Hungarian consumer law specifically exclude, among other categories, goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or goods that are clearly personalised.
