Overview
The arrangement is built from at least seven foil heart balloons in two
sizes — some with a smooth satin finish, some with a fine radial pleat — set

and finished with hand-lettered birthday wording and a wide lace ribbon tail.
Satin ribbons and bows run down from the rest of the balloons, and the
